A secondary goal of the project is to develop a methodology for measuring the output of individuals with global talent from the educational sector of APEC member economies. The project will develop a survey instrument and pilot the survey in selected APEC economies. Development of the survey instrument is complete and the project will select economies to pilot the survey in early 2017. Check back for updates on the survey of educational institutions.
